Leaders
CIA’s leaders undertake a variety of responsibilities in the Ministry. They can be Ministers, Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses or Divisional, Departmental or Hospitality Care leaders. Depending on their role, leaders undergo Leadership and Ministerial training to tutor, equip, mentor, motivate to be highly articulate and prepare them for their roles within the church.
